- Environment is fine for my team, great support from coworkers and resources - Autonomy and challenges arise which help with the learning curve (the team pushes for weekly learning opportunities which are of value for career or personal growth) - Flexibility on the job and open-mindedness from the team helps

- Workload can be a lot when things get busy because there aren't enough people which is typical of media agency life - Limited promotional opportunities (manager or above) or getting a pay raise is not likely

Opportunity to work with some of the worlds largest brands at one of the biggest media agencies in the world. A lot of good resources and potential connections could be made here.

Pay is not competitive in an already low paying industry.

I actually really do enjoy my time at Xaxis. I feel like the job is fulfilling, and the people we get on our teams are nice, supportive, and helpful. The teams have a lot of talent on them, and makes the job extremely enjoyable.
