-The parties, free gears and all the little small things that you don't usually get at your corporate environment. -The expose to different experience. -The Company is growing at a hectic paste, no signs of slowing down.

-Upper management needs to be in control of everything. It's culture of upper management is untouchable. -As mentioned above the company is growing too fast for its process to catch up. A lot of concerns are being ignored for the overall growth of the company. -Hours are crazy!!!

Xaxis has great health and wellness initiatives in place - meditation, weekly massage, and CSA just to name a few. The culture is great and is one that truly values it's employees. There are a lot of social initiatives in place and fun perks - monthly lunch, Xaxis Inspiration, quarterly socials. Everyone is very smart and passionate about the work. Management encourages collaboration and innovation. It's great to work for a company that has all of these things in place and is rapidly growing globally.
