Proximity to Penn Station - 5 min walk. Relatively high salary. Free fruits and happy hour once a week, game room.
Cons
Absolutely no work/life balance - you expected to be available 24/7/365 even while on vacation. The rest I simply can't say due to NDA.

No work/life balance. Management lacks leadership and explores employees to their core. Poor pay, especially given the 12+ hour work days. Employees are expected to be connected at all times, including weekends. Heavy hierarchy (achieved by seniority not necessarily by merit), toxic environment. Very little room for growth.

Certain managers take a hands off approach giving employees autonomy and great sense of ownership. Endless opportunities to learn more about the business. The Training & Development program is one of the best I've experienced. I have exposure to senior leadership frequently.
Cons
Work life balance for some teams makes it difficult to implement process and change. No clear hierarchy or org structure. No resource allocation or prioritization processes. Overlap across groups and roles.
