Technology fast evolving, everybody can have an impact and innovate, hard work gets rewarded and people are smart, collaborative and driven. Part of WPP so wealth of opportunities to learn from the best in the business.
Cons
Work life balance can sometimes be difficult to achieve due to high amount of commitment required to keep up with the pace.

Pros
- Opportunity into ad tech field with a recognizable brand name. - Work with various data partners, platforms, and names within digital field. - Work/life balance was fine. Nothing over the top.
Cons
- Multiple hiring and promotion freezes. Don't expect to climb the ladder if you weren't there since the beginning. - Turnover rate extremely high. Most employees are disgruntled. - Lost all "start-up" culture. No more fun outings, parties, etc. - HR department all left. Telling sign of bad news. - Have witnessed multiple layoffs. All layoffs are discrete so others don't freak out. - Founder has left umbrella company. Multiple early-stage employees all left. More signs of a collapse. - Removed most benefits. Terrible 401k plan. Only positive is health and wellness plan. - Pay is very poor. Competitor's pay much more. - Told to give a good Glassdoor rating during orientation. Unfair in my opinion.

Good but could be improved
Jun 21, 2017 - Anonymous Employee in New York, NYRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Certain managers take a hands off approach giving employees autonomy and great sense of ownership. Endless opportunities to learn more about the business. The Training & Development program is one of the best I've experienced. I have exposure to senior leadership frequently.
Cons
Work life balance for some teams makes it difficult to implement process and change. No clear hierarchy or org structure. No resource allocation or prioritization processes. Overlap across groups and roles.
