I have been working at Xcenda full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Health benefits. Working from home. Exceptionally bright coworkers. Progressive.

    Cons

The senior management team has changed a lot over the last year due to promotions and retirement. They are now incohesive and continually trying to undermine other team members on topics they're ignorant about. The culture has gone downhill quickly as a result of this. The new president isn't a visionary. Nobody is sure where we're going. It's a shame because a year ago the company was on a strategic path with a... solid leadership team.

    Advice to Management

Don't promote based on seniority. Stay focused on what matters.

"Great work, great clientele, but flawed senior management."

    I worked at Xcenda full-time

    Pros

Challenging and interesting work with A-List clientele. Excellent compensation and benefits.

    Cons

The majority of senior management, excepting the President, behaves like a high school clique. If you are a "yes" person, you are "in." If you challenge the status-quo, even if your ideas have merit for company growth, you are "out." If you are "in," you are given promotions (even if you don't qualify), recognized, and treated well. If you are "out," at best, you are ignored. At worst, you are sharply criticized... for the slightest error, denied the ability to showcase your skills and expertise, and are not considered for promotion. It is a discouraging work environment, and a sad commentary on what could be an outstanding company.
