      I have been working at Xcenda full-time for more than a year

      Pros

      Family-oriented culture where everyone is valued. Constant growth and innovation creates career-opportunities for hard workers. Work-life balance and health/wellness are top initiatives for senior management. Very smart people across the organization.

      Cons

      Limited maternity leave/no parental leave.

      Advice to Management

      Continue to show support and appreciation for the top performers in order to retain top talent.
