    Pros

Fantastic leadership adjustments have made an impact on the business. It is a long process to right the wrongs of former employees who simply didn’t know enough about how to run or be part of an effective procurement services organization – let alone grow it.

    Cons

No major ones that don't exist at every other big company.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up
