Would not have it any other way
Oct 26, 2022 - Recruiting ConsultantRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I wanted to wait until I worked for the company for at least 6 months before making an honest and transparent review. One thing about me is I do not lie about where I work. When I was first approached by them, I read the reviews and was a little unsure about working with them. However, Xelerate LLC is one of the few companies that genuinely care about your personal and professional growth. Leadership constantly makes sure that you are doing well . They provide all the training you do need before letting you start on an account. Making you feel confident in being able to work on anything. During the last 6 months of working through them, I have not once felt burnt out nor do I wake up in the morning feeling as if I hate my job. I genuinely enjoy doing my daily tasks with pride. I look forward to growing as an individual within the company for the foreseeable future.
Cons
Although no company is perfect, I would not say Xelerate LLC has many or any cons in my personal experience. It is a long interview process but completely understandable. They only want the best or those who are willing to be coached into the best.

Pros
Xelerate's Pros include: *Positively impacting patient care through talent acquisition * Strong commitment to internal training and development *Culture *Committed to providing a career path and promoting from within *Manages and leads with data *Women owned *Good benefit package
Cons
I can't think of any cons. Like any RPO or recruiting organization they have metrics that need to be met. The metrics are not hard to meet if you are focused, follow the process and use the tools/resources available.

Pros
Work/life balance. As a recruiter, you won't work traditional hours but those times you need to take your kid to the doctor or something pops up, you can handle it without the stress of worrying about if your job is in jeopardy.
Cons
Sometimes you feel isolated working from home but it's something that can be worked through.

Pros
Good place to grow recruiting and business development experience Managers don’t micromanage Welcoming and sweet people Very laid back when it comes to metrics, no call or text metrics
Cons
Pay is okay Bonuses are subpar A lot of layoffs that seem out of the blue with little explanation Not enough training provided in the beginning, a lot of figuring things out yourself or asking for help Not a lot of growth opportunities
A reponse from the Founder & CEO, Emily V. Biscardi- Thank you for taking the time to post a review. As you know, I meet with all new hires within 60 days of their start date and we have never received less than 4 out of 5 stars from our new hires on our onboarding and training. Our onboarding and training program has been a priority in 2022 and will continue to be a focus. I encourage you to reach out to someone on the Leadership Team if you have suggestions for improvement. Regarding growth opportunities, we recently promoted several individuals within the company. I again, encourage you to reach out to someone on the Leadership Team to discuss your growth aspirations. Career growth is a priority for the organization. Lastly, I just want to clarify that we have not had any layoffs. Unfortunately, we have had to terminate individuals due to performance. This is an important distinction because we have not experienced a slow down in new projects and our pipeline is rich with opportunities. We are striving for a 5-star experience for our employees. I hope we hear from you!- Emily

Pros
The only pro here is your peers.
Cons
Everything. The less context, the less the CEO is able to continue to have these removed. I’d leave zeros if possible.

Disorganized, poor leadership, confusing directions about role, complicated rules, no chance to ask questions, no flexibility, rigid word structure ie you work, you work don't matter if you have a life or family work then work more or else ...
