    Pros

Good benefits, and there was a feeling of gratitude by management. Encouraged to participate in community affairs.

    Cons

No respect or feeling employees are appreciated by management. Changes made lowered morale. Work load increased with reduction in salaries. Personal affairs not considered a value to promote a healthy work ethos.

    Advice to Management

Treat you're employees as you wish to be treated, with respect. People matter. The down turn in the company has reflected this managerial philosophical change.

I worked at Xerox (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    You'll get plenty of hours

    Cons

Discrimination, long hours, micromanaging, low pay, no raises, no potential for advancement, etc etc etc etc

    Advice to Management

Company needs a major overhaul. If your CEO makes 10 mil a year but your lower-level employees (aka the ones who make all the money for you!) are underpaid, there's something seriously wrong.

I worked at Xerox full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Xerox has a lot of great employees who are very knowledgeable

    Cons

There is too much change in management - in my time at Xerox I had a new manager every year if not every 6 months. Also, there was a lot of change on customer accounts which did not go over well with long-time clients.

    Advice to Management

Stabilize the management structure, reward your hard-working employees
