    Training was rushed so we can get to the phones and start working. You learn ad you go!!

    Pros

    Telecommuting option was nice. Flexible work hours. Decent health and dental benefits. Communication was good but did not receive feedback very well

    Cons

    Poor pay compared to similar positions around the area. Upper management was very poor. Didn't value employees, downsized and outsourced

    great R&D, great people below C-Level

    Cons

    C-Level is incompetent AND greedy; bad combination. Massive layoffs and nobody feels safe, just what Icahn wants. Steer clear of this sinking ship

    Shrinking industry. CEO has not communicated a plan that makes sense. Annual layoffs.

    Replace the CEO

    Some of the co-workers, working from home, extensive free learning library, middle management, claim to value diversity (has not been evident since Jacobson takeover)

    innovative but can't deliver on commitments

    Cons

    Low moral, low pay, consistant layoffs over past several years leaving gaps in necessary resource roles, cannot fulfill contact commitments.

    Advice to Management

    Start listening to the associates in the field. Stop rewarding high level executive for running the company into the ground and start paying the sales executives more

    Some employees received professional salaries, benefits were decent

    Cons

    Management pulled the company in many different directions at the same time, salary distributions appeared extremely wide and arbitrary.

    Pros

    Good benefits, That is it.

    Cons

    Horrible Leadership starting with the CEO (old CEO Ursula Burns) and the decisions that she made.
    Will get laid off even while productive while sales staff grows even though they sell nothing.

    Some great people as long as you get on the right team.

    Cons

    No good direction from leadership and the tend to cut corners and benefits as often as they can.
