I worked at Xerox full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I was the respected internal go-to expert in my specific field for many years.

    Cons

Any way you sugar coat it, people are putting less ink on paper than ever, and the industry is slowly shrinking...

    Advice to Management

Stop changing the word chart every month. Employees aren't in their role/relationship with their manager for long enough to get things accomplished.

I worked at Xerox full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice co workers. Great training. Good learning experience for customer service.

    Cons

Bed bugs. Low pay. Minimal breaks. High stress.

    Advice to Management

My supervisor was great but the company kinda sucks. Not the worst call center job and probably wouldn't have been as bad if it wasn't for the bed bug problem. I am lucky I didn't bring any home but it made me crazy and stressed always worrying if I had any bugs on me.

Great employees; long tenured; highly competent people; best in class product.

    Cons

They can't stop the revenue/market decline; COB and Board is weak.

    Advice to Management

    Good luck.

I worked at Xerox full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The Paperless policy was very good and made our work easier and faster to do and made reports work better

    Cons

Not much review done. Once we submit our reviews we never heard anything back from superiors or management which didn't help much

    Advice to Management

Review especially with customer facing associates

I worked at Xerox full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

A lot of what XEROX had to offer at the start (around 2011) was employee focused training and opportunities. Allowing, in the IT departments, setting your own hours and work locations.

    Cons

After the budget began to control almost 100% of the company's ideals, absurd working conditions, expectations and continued lies about compensation (4 years at the same salary?).

    Advice to Management

Remember that without your employees, you have no customers. Put their happiness, growth and potentials higher than, or equal to your customers.
