    Pros

    Keep abreast with technology, people are professional and caring. High work ethics. Love to be able to work remotely and in the office.

    Cons

    Lots of changes due to acquisition and later sale of ACS. Changes in direction causes internal confusion. Loss of talent in some positions.

    Pros

    Good managers and they develop you for future job assignments. Xerox is buying very strong companies in areas where needed and it's making a difference.

    Cons

    Stock price and the turnover among good sales reps is high. Xerox needs to stop laying off their good service techs because they are the backbone of the company.

    Advice to Management

    Keep being aggressive and keep buying the competition and their user base

    Too manage re-organizations, taking jobs to "near shoring" raises are few

    Pros

    I have been privileged to work at some really great firms throughout my career in IT. Xerox was the best so far. From responsive and caring management to excellent pay and benefits, it is the whole package.

    Cons

    Advancement does not come easy and there is a propensity to not promote from within at times.

    Expand globally and hit our competitors head-on.

    Pros

    Competitive salary and good commissions. Great insurance and benefits. Advancement opportunity seems realistic. Nice office with a view in downtown.

    Cons

    Sales support is complicated and nonexistent at times. Processes are needlessly cumbersome and most people in senior roles are quick to pass the buck.

    Simplify.

    Pros

    Great manager, great team, independence, work from home, travel schedule was a good work/life balance, met a lot of great coworkers. Overall, great experience making friends with employees across the country.

    Cons

    If a contract was not renewed, then the position was no longer needed.

    Advice to Management

    Go on audits with different employees to ensure the correct processes and application of guidelines are followed. Have a periodic onsite meeting (quarterly) with all remote employees to foster a team environment.
