I have been working at Xerox full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The people who you work with are nice plus the customers at most accounts are great!!

    Cons

Xerox is on a rapid decline with improvement no where in sight!! Management is horrible favoritism is a apparent and you can't grow unless you know the "right" person, or you're part of the buddy system... so with your credentials your education and/or your professional background you will never get the advancements you deserve with a company like Xerox....

    Advice to Management

Stop the favoritism give people who deserve positions, positions and dismantle the buddy system

I worked at Xerox full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Casual, fun environment with energetic, outgoing individuals. Very good to excellent training. Plenty of overtime was available. Runs like a well-oiled machine (but with glitches).

    Cons

Very impersonal. This company is a revolving door of employees with supervisors whom you barely get to know before they are transferred. Told me to "take as long as I needed" when my mother died and then terminated me without so much as a phone call when I did.

    Advice to Management

Care more about your employees and they will care more about your company and its productivity and image. We're people, not machines to be replaced.

Flexible, Great support, learning opportunity, stress-free

    Cons

Pay scale, Lack of recognition in formal manners

    Advice to Management

When you grab your bonuses every quarter due to all the hardwork of employees...Share it honestly. Maximum limit should not be just 105% despite if an employee is eligible to 300% due to his efforts and hardworking.
