    I have been working at Xerox full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    This is an old company that is shrinking but the work load is increasing. You can take it on the chin and complain or you can understand that challenging times offer exceptional opportunity. There are little to no barriers to stop you from growing and taking on whatever challenges you can find. If you can get satisfaction from crushing it at work this is the place for you. If you are looking for "time in grade" carrier advancement this is NOT the place.

    Cons

    Lots of work, not enough people, limited resources. Its challenging but rewarding

    Advice to Management

    Coaching, mentoring, honest feedback, be willing to think outside the box to get the work done. Don't get lazy and forget that your employees need to grow. Growth is the only thing that will keep somebody at Xerox and its the key to your future. Invest in them!

    Pros

    Senior level employees have significant autonomy to pursue successful completion of their division objectives.

    Cons

    Poor performance from other divisions can restrict your resources, e.g. hiring freezes, travel restrictions.

    Advice to Management

    Better to have strong profitable contracts with fewer clients, than many clients with thin or negative margins.

    Some members of management were very unprofessional but others were very helpful.

    Pros

    Great training and location is no to off the beaten pass

    Cons

    Hate that they wanted you to sell on every tech call you received even when the customer would tell you they hated the company you represented . the commission was never figgured out when i was there when you would sale something

    Pros

    The best thing about the job was the coworkers you met at the job. They really made the job easier and less stressful during the day. Also, coaching other agents to aid in their improvement on calls really made me the person I am today as I love helping people.

    Pay, schedule, no PTO, attendance policy and micro-management

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees, they are your frontline to the company and see everything that the company does with great scrutiny.

    Benefits, co-workers, and some management

    Cons

    Your treated like a slave. No matter what you are never recognized for anything you do. Scheduled hours constantly changing. Little to no room for advancement

    Advice to Management

    Don't let your position go to your head. The same way you received it is the same way you can lose it. You do not have to treat people nasty.
