    Wonderful peers with various background experiences that created an enriching work environment.
    Convenient location.
    Varied work shifts

    Cons

    Call center that seemed to care more about pushing numbers than the quality of services rendered.
    Very little room for growth.

    Worked with some great and talented people who were passionate about what they do.

    Cons

    Senior management didn't seem to care to much about their employees.

    Ensure employee's are fairly compensated for the duties you wish them to take on.

    Pros

    Great culture, many resources, clear chain of command

    Cons

    Too many upper managers, long hours and low pay for supervisors, old and broken down facilities

    Advice to Management

    Your company is quite top heavy. Most of the issues I faced were due to hiring and spending freezes throughout the year as you tried to increase profits. Meanwhile presidents were hiring vice presidents, with commensurate compensation, to oversee 1 or 2 directors. Cut the fat in management and use that money to leverage better facilities and employees.

    Great training and location is no to off the beaten pass

    Cons

    Hate that they wanted you to sell on every tech call you received even when the customer would tell you they hated the company you represented . the commission was never figgured out when i was there when you would sale something

    Benefits, co-workers, and some management

    Cons

    Your treated like a slave. No matter what you are never recognized for anything you do. Scheduled hours constantly changing. Little to no room for advancement

    Advice to Management

    Don't let your position go to your head. The same way you received it is the same way you can lose it. You do not have to treat people nasty.
