    Excellent company to work at. Salary and conditions were good.

    Change management was done too fast and unorganized sometimes.

    Pros

    If you’re lucky enough to get a good cartridge you could make a lot of copies. And if you run out of ink done you’re screwed

    Cons

    Like I said in the above they charge too much for ink and if you get a bad cartridge you won’t be a happy camper

    Advice to Management

    Lower your price on your ink cartridges

    Pros

    Telecommuting option was nice. Flexible work hours. Decent health and dental benefits. Communication was good but did not receive feedback very well

    Cons

    Poor pay compared to similar positions around the area. Upper management was very poor. Didn't value employees, downsized and outsourced
