      I worked at Xpand IT full-time (More than 3 years)

      Pros

      A very good atmosphere and everybody gets along.
      Great parties and events that leaves you with good memories.
      At least 5 working Units with all types of technologies.
      Worked on the Mobile/Microsoft Unit and it was a great way to start my career.
      Different locations and flexibility to do remote work.
      Both in-house and outsourcing projects
      By far one of the best consultant companies in Lisbon.

      Cons

      Outsourcing projects may lead to some distance to the HQ.

      Advice to Management

      Keep up with the values of the company. ;)

      I worked at Xpand IT full-time (Less than a year)

      Pros

      Flexible when it comes to needing a day off to take care of personal matters;
      Human Resources department are always available to answer questions;
      Ping pong table, Playstation 3 and 4;
      Office parties on national holidays;
      Coffee and fruit for all;
      Free health insurance.

      Cons

      Nothing to add, working for Xpand IT was excellent.

      Advice to Management

      Xpand IT will grow drastically in the next year or so, the only piece of advice I would have is to keep their values intact, never forgetting the initial identity of the company (as it stands now).

      Good parties!
      Nice HQ with nice a nice openspace and location (Parque das Nações)
      Good laptop
      Cool departments (Big Data and Microsoft)

      Cons

      95% of projects come from outsourcing
      Salary is not great

      - Company values that I can identify with
      - High skills people
      - Great team building events
      - A relationship based on mutual trust
      - A very good cooperative environment
      - The feeling that people are more important than numbers

      Cons

      The only thing I can point out is that when working in a client for a long time, you loose a bit the contact with the office, but they do try to minimize this.

      Advice to Management

      As xpand-it is growing fast it should avoid: (I've seen this happen before on other companies)
      - falling in the temptation to be less picky
      - loosing the human factor and keep people before numbers
