    Pros

Xponential Growth Solutions (XGS) is a marketing company for the financial services industry. XGS strives to be the retirement plan industries matchmaker of choice by connecting company decision makers to industry leading financial advisors who specialize in corporate 401(k) plans.

Xponential Growth Solutions seeks motivated individuals with a drive and passion for meeting and exceeding goals and benchmarks. It's a fun atmosphere that encourages growth.

    Cons

The parking downtown can be difficult. Nearby parking lots (and all parking lots downtown) are pretty pricey. There are ways to beat the prices. There is a trolley stop within 2 blocks and a bus stop just across the street.

    Advice to Management

Continue to inspire young professionals to grow knowledge and skills. Continue to encourage new ideas to present to the team to help the business thrive.
