    Pros

    I love working for Xpress and all the opportunity’s I’ve received. This is the best job I have ever had. I am very thankful for all of the knowledge and personal growth I have been able to accomplish since my start with Xpress. I am a full time employee and have been here for over 4 years now. I have been given many opportunity’s to move up in the company and broaden my skills in so many different ways. I enjoy the environment and the family atmosphere. The owners of the company go above and beyond for their employees and help them in any way possible to become the best they can be. Thank you Xpress!

    I worked at Xpress Business Products full-time

    Pros

    Xpress trained me to use quickbooks and other systems which was great on their behalf.

    Cons

    The word "Team" does not exist at Xpress, basically it's every man for themselves. Not enough manpower to get the job done, meaning - one person would have to do the job of two because management was afraid to reprimand certain employees. No benefits, no raises, no PTO, no paid holidays. Family owned business need I say more?....

    Advice to Management

    The owner should consider taking courses on how to treat his employees. If he treated his employees with respect they in turn would do a better job and produce better results in all aspects of "HIS" "MY" business and/or company. Then maybe "HIS" business wouldn't be a revolving door!

    Pros

    Got a pay check every 2wks even if you do have to wait on it all day or it may not show up at all then the "owner" would have to give out hand written checks that were never ready

    Cons

    EVERYTHING.

    NO BENEFITS
    NO 401K
    NO PAID HOLIDAYS
    NO BONUS INCENTIVE
    NO VACATION TIME
    NO SICK OR PERSONAL DAYS

    Advice to Management

    upper management need to take courses on how to manage or even come to work.
    Need to learn how to talk to workers. If you take Care of your employees they will take Care of you

    This is a great place to work, everyone works together to get the customers taken care of.. Owners are great and they jump right in to help and get the job done.

    Love my work environment, friendly helpful staff, willing to train beginners, I pretty much received a free college education from Xpress with all the knowledge and work experience I have now, great opportunities for growth within the company, and salary is great with many commission opportunities !

    Work hours were great. Half day on day before Holidays No Overtime.

    Company is so unorganized and Salary are really low paying

    I love my job and the people I work with it's a pleasure to come to work and by the end of the day you isn't saying why i come in today .we only work Monday to friday 8-5 no nights or weekens.

    Cons

    going to get lunch is a pain in the butt because they is always working on the streets around here

    i'm the manager of my team and I think we as a whole is doing a great job...along side with Kayhan...
