Awesome Company to Work For!
Feb 20, 2023 - Team Lead in Seattle, WARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
What makes XO different than most big corporations where you have to jump through hoops and red tape is that they genuinely care about building relationships, finding the best talent, innovation, and creativity. The company's values aligned with mine right off the bat, and they genuinely care about people and their growth. I've never known a CEO and operations team being so hands on, down to earth, and accessible. When challenges arise, management is always open to hearing feedback and making swift changes. There is always a positive outlook, and fun is welcomed!
Cons
On the other side of the same coin, not being a huge corporation means we are in a space of so much growth and exploration that we don't always have the exact systems in place to sustain it yet. You may have to wear many hats in your role. You often must live in the uncertainty and unknown as processes and new clients come on board and for some, this is not easy or ideal because they want a clear career path. But it means we get to be creative in figuring it out!

Company truly lives their values and it starts with owners and leadership. Stay Wild. Be bold, be creative drive innovation, don't settle for the status quo. ... Be Real. Be genuine and honest with yourself and others around you. ... Have Fun. Why so serious? ... Own it. Own your objectives and aim to exceed expectations. ... Be. Compassionate. ... Pay it Forward. ... Together we are unstoppable I've never worked for a company where leadership was so compassionate and empathetic and encouraged the same from everyone else. It's super refreshing to be treated like a whole human being.
Cons
working for international company remotely has it's disadvantages, regular townhalls where we can meet everyone from all over the world would be incredible and maybe even trip once or twice a year where we can meet everyone in person.

If you love being stressed because no one knows how to do their job this is the right place
May 5, 2023 - Customer Service AgentRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Since the company is going down, you won't get fired.
Cons
I knew there was something phishy when they made me sign a 48 hr a week contract and I am only working 40 hrs a week. How does this helps them? I don't really know but when you ask HR about it they always avoid the question. Supervisors and general staff is highly incompetent. They are not properly trained on how to speak in public which makes them not be able to give proper coachings. Quality staff is always changing things around and how they evaluate. Oh and btw, you need to have your quality score on goal to have home office, which will never happen. If they offer you a better possition with a higher pay forget about it. Don't do it. They will keep you producing more with the minimum payment and will keep promising they will do the raise next month. They wont even give you a commitment letter from their end. They don't offer pantry vouchers or any higher benefits.

Best Place I have ever worked!
Apr 12, 2023 - Tallent Attraction Specialist in Guba, Cebu CityRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Unlike many other big corporations that can be bogged down by bureaucracy and red tape, XO values building strong relationships, innovation, creativity, and finding the best talent. Their values align with mine, and they genuinely care about their employees' growth and development.
Cons
As a company in a phase of growth and exploration, XO may not have all the established systems in place yet to sustain it. This means that employees may need to take on multiple roles and adapt to new processes and clients. While some may find this challenging, it also presents an opportunity for creativity and problem-solving.

Pros
3 months that i've been with the company, it was a roller coaster ride since i am not that really experienced with customer service. Good thing about the management and how they assist all new hires from training to production area, you will never feel that you are alone. Although the area seems small for a BPO Company but it really brings the people together especially during special activities or even Client visits. You will get to see how people are so creative when they get to help with putting up decorations and share their creative ideas.
Cons
i hope pantry serves more than 3 dishes. lol

Friendly colleagues, nice workplace, big compensation
Cons
Team leaders are not helpful and do not know the process. Very arrogant and they do not help their agents to become better. Many agent supports are arrogant too and enjoys power-tripping.
