    Pros

    Free snacks I am unable to find anything else good to say about this company

    Cons

    Toxic, backstabbing and belittling. Upper Management is involved in EVERYTHING except learning how to treat employees with dignity and class. The pay was really good but upper management creates schemes and ways to deduct commission. You work so hard because the sales team is always undermanned but it’s often over looked by management tearing you down because you couldn’t make 300 outgoing calls per month. My advice...

    Advice to Management

    Stop micromanaging and trying to find ways to get work done for free. By doing so perhaps the turn around wouldn’t be so high.

    Lack of leadership, no time management, hostile environment

    Advice to Management

    I saw the company's reply to one of the reviews above where they suggested the employee "manage up". Stop telling employees to suck up to superiors and start valuing creativity and innovative thinking. If you can't, sell the company to an established beauty conglomerate and move on. That comment just proved how bad the company is at respecting and managing employees.
