I have been working at Xyngular full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have been working at Xyngular for about a little over a year. I have nothing but respect for the executive team and the quality of the employees at all levels of the organization. The exec team trusts employees to act like owners and deliver value.

    Cons

The company is growing fast, so you need to bring your "A Game." Only A Players need apply.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing.

I have been working at Xyngular full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I have worked in several places in Utah and have never found a community like Xyngular! Just the culture alone is enough, but there are more than dozen reasons to love this company here are my favorite.

    • Family like culture
    • Unlimited PTO
    • New Shoes on your First Week!
    • Free Product every month
    • Massage's twice a month!

The list goes on. This is an amazing company that put its all on the table for there employees!

    Cons

Although this is not the companies fault, the traffic and congestion around the area is a little crazy.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work, this company really is like family :)

I have been working at Xyngular full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Where to start...
    - The executive team is awesome and they work hard to develop everyone in the company as well as keeping the business growing.
    - The League of Leaders (a bookclub for business and leadership learning) All of the books are given to members by the company to build our personal progress libraries.
    - Fun at work. This often comes in the form of playful and respectful banter, snacks, team-building activities (lunches)
    - The summer party! This year Xyngular rented out the Living Planet Aquarium in Draper.
    - Making friends is super easy at Xyngular. The people are awesome and the culture is conducive to forging strong professional relationships.
    - Massage Day - Professional massage therapists come.

    Cons

    - The location is nice but inconvenient with the way the streets are set up. Making a left turn onto Lehi Main is troublesome.
    - Also the company is split up into two buildings making it less likely to meet a lot of the people that work here.
    - Massage Day always garners a lot more demand than it satisfies. (can't complain too much about this...I mean free massage)
    - Some processes still need to be implemented for gathering business requirements for building out tasks. Sometimes it is difficult to know what is the highest priority to help the business grow and provide the most value for our customers.

    Advice to Management

If possible address some of the cons I mentioned, but mostly just keep doing what you're doing. I love Xyngular.

    Room to advance and grow
    Unlimited PTO
    Ability to work remote
    healthy living incentives
    gym pass
open culture to give and take feedback

    Cons

    Next to shady Motel 6
    Growing pains (real estate)

    Advice to Management

Keep empowering change! Best place I've worked, but don't let the amazing culture you've cultivated get diluted or lost. Guard it fiercely!

I have been working at Xyngular full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Growing company sharing wellness and opportunity for wealth. Great challenges daily to exceed targets. Fantastic family atmosphere. Executives that are interested in your development as well as business success. Awesome benefits. A relatively small team punching wayyyy above its "weight".

    Cons

Working in the MLM industry is quite different from other industries and it spoils you to the unfairness of other more traditional models of business.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you have been doing and you will succeed at making the world a better place.

    Pros

There are a lot of opportunities to grow within the company. The culture is amazing and the people are wonderful. I have been working here for 2 years and I can see it being a career for me.

    Cons

If you are working in a different department sometimes it is hard to see other people in the company because you are just in your one area.

I have been working at Xyngular full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Xyngular has the most down to earth execs I have ever seen. They are approachable and listen to feedback. Even when the feedback is not positive(and perhaps emotional), they listened. Xyngular doesn't have every cool perk you have ever heard of but I think Xyngular cares more about people and their development than some places that throw more perks at employees. Xyngular is always pushing to improve and striving to use data to decide how to do that. They have seen several straight years of significant growth in sales.

    Cons

Growth has been hard to handle and causes a hectic work life at times.

    Advice to Management

Create an leadership tier that is not on the road that can direct and decide on projects at corporate. Scale the connection from corporate to the field with more time from execs or more sales folks.
