I have been working at Y Media Labs full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great Learning Curve, Good amount of responsibilities given. Super friendly Colleagues. Awesome training if someone is joining as a fresher. Flat hierarchy.

    Cons

Pay scale and work has huge difference. No hike for first 22 Months, mean time if freshers join, they will be earning more money than you. No team outings (which used to happen regularly, but 0 in last 15 months). No employee engagement activity. Not so great food as part of lunch (Free Lunch was started just to make sure employees do not spend more time eating outside). Pantry just has breads and biscuits. Staying late is regular if you are into critical project. No food or Cab is provided if stayed late. Never ever show that staying late is not a problem for you, otherwise you will be expected to slog everyday. Quality and Quantity of projects coming in are on decline.

I have been working at Y Media Labs full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Best place to kick start your career. One can learn so many things, technologies, management skills etc. 3 stars is just for this learning experience

    Cons

Worst pay. Worst work life balance. Those who are close to the senior employees can get recognition, otherwise your work does not get any recognition. Your lead/manager takes the credit of your work. No bonuses. No employee perks.
