I have been working at YMCA part-time

    Pros

Employees will develop skills that will help foster a great work ethic. YMCA staff is always friendly and helpful, whether you have been there for years or are new, everyone is welcoming.

    Cons

Some disorganization within the programs due to high turnover of staff and minimal funds.

    Advice to Management

Prioritize programs based on enrollment and benefits it provides the community. Some programs are more successful than others and if there are programs that are not as successful maybe shift focus to them and develop ways to improve those programs.
