    I worked at YMCA part-time

    Pros

The YMCA center itself is great for youth programming and they have their own busses.

    Cons

None of the departments communicate with eachother. Important information travels as efficient as children playing the telephone game. Very disorganized which is unfortunate for the children.

    Advice to Management

Executive Directors should actually be friendly and make themselves known by engaging. Management needs to break up the Boys club and bring in employees that resememble the demographics of the neighborhood they are serving would have an impact on the relationships built with the children.
