    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

rewarding working with the kids and watching them progress

    Cons

Facility is in horrible condition and no one seems to be concerned.

    Advice to Management

Hire custodians to clean at least once a week..the gym is a breeding zone for infections and germs! Maintenance is a must. Communication would be nice.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Helping people of all ages and gender gt into shape.
Benefit plan if you work the allocated hours with no breaks.
    Flexibility
Nice place to get some fitness or childcare experience.
Go out of their way to come up with events for the children.
Fitness director in Hinesville and Savannah are nice and easy to talk to compared to some of the other works.

    Cons

    PAY sucks if not salary
Lack of hours for par-time workers to get more time to actually make money.
    Higher incompetent people at times.
I would only work here if you want to have some side money in your pocket, or you like to work with children.
Orientation and training could be better thought-out in my opinion if they hired an extra HR guy

    Advice to Management

Gym manager and upper level management communicate with Department Directors. Management needs to be more personable and speak to all department workers, and not just their workers.
