I have been working at YOR Health full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Getting paid. You get paid semi-monthly

    Cons

Everything, no work and life balance. Incredibly unprofessional. Worst ran company I've ever worked. Many family members work here, talk about conflict of interest

    Pros

I can't honestly think of any.

    Cons

Constant gossip, you cannot trust anyone! Micro manage every aspect of your job. They treat you like your expendable and the owners are the worst!

I worked at YOR Health full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Everyone is nice around you.

    Cons

    - You only do things that the owner likes and say what he wants to hear. - Expect to sell your soul and brainwash from the MLM world. - No work-life balance, expected to work overtime and on the weekend. - Supervisors and the owner micromanage and do not trust their employees. - Camera everywhere inside the office and the owner will check employees through the camera. - Skype conversation is being monitored. - The only thing that worth to the company is the sales reps who are making money. The employees are slave to the sales reps.

    "Sketchy, unsafe"

I worked at YOR Health part-time

    Pros

Nice sounding people, I'm sure they're all probably nicer than i think hopefully.

    Cons

I was told to spend money to get in even if O lost that same money as a result. I couldn't get out of my head that in the recruitment process for me, they told me that i should only join if i cared about my family which in retrospect was dumb of me to even listen to because that's an invalid reason to join at all. It felt like they told me the only reason why i should refuse the job was because i didn't care about my family. Also, the company has so little about itself online that's relevant to what the public wants to learn more about like relevant names, reviews from general public, impact on the public, it was all too sketchy and felt unsafe to be in since when I'd ask questions, they wouldn't even answer them, they'd just bring up some other irrelevant thing as a response or answer. To those who said it felt like some pyramid scheme, I agree.

I have been working at YOR Health full-time for less than a year

    Pros

My first step when interviewing with any company is to stalk their reviews. I saw a lot of the reviews were not favorable and it make me cautious to come interview, but I’m glad I did. Turns out some are super outdated while others are not about the actual corporate office and I know cuz I asked them allll about it (we have an independent sales force). Here’s my 2 cents: 1. The people at the office make it feel like we’re part of a work family. They have raffles, free food and there’s the one manager who’s always bringing in food just because. Some people work from home or have adjusted schedules to accomodate life things. That's kinda rare for a company to be so easy going about having a LIFE 2. They are a bunch of hard workers… I’ve never seen a team that works as fast as they do. It’s cool to be part of sucha high caliber company. I’m glad I ignored the earlier reviews because my experience is nothing like what the negatives say.

    Cons

It’s quiet. They don’t use phones, but Skype, so no one really talks to anyone in person. You just have to put your music on in your headphones and start groovin’.

"Stay ignorant, stay happy. Question the upline or owner, become an outcast."

I worked at YOR Health full-time

    Pros

Meeting people who just wants to have a better life.

    Cons

I was an independent sales rep with the company for more than five years. I believe I have always been very professional and did whatever it took to become great in the business without sneaky sales tactics or pressuring anyone to buy what they didn't want to buy. The better I did, the more I realized how corrupted my upline was and how he would do all the trainings but never actually "worked" the business. In fact, her got all the recognition and brain washed everyone to worship him. He encouraged anyone in a romantic relationship to call it quits. Before you know it, you'll be spending all your time with him and paying for his dinners. If you decide to attend dinner or an event with another friend, he'll get jealous and bully you on the 11pm conference calls. If he spends time with his family, it's okay. If you do, it's shame on you for never making your business a priority. You can't poke fun at him, but he'll make a joke out of people's insecurity any second he gets. If you want in on his inner circle, laugh at his dehumanizing jokes. But hey, that didn't bother me because I was doing my part and getting paid for my efforts. And really, minding my own business. When a situation occurred between the upline and team, the owner of the company did not do a good job at mediating. No one ever talk to no one directly and it was all he said she said. My upline got away with some shady things. I've been more free and feel a lot happier once I cut him out of my life completely.

I have been working at YOR Health full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The company offers great growth potential for those who want to build a long-term career and are willing to put forth time and effort to learn and grow with the company. Individual employees are recognized and appreciated for their commitment and contribution toward the growth of the company, and are given opportunities to grow into management positions, ranging from Assistant Manager to VP, depending on their skillsets and capabilities; promotions in which I have witnessed many times within our company.

    Cons

You may be asked to wear multiple hats as needed… but whether this is considered dreadful or exciting varies with how much you want to invest into your future. You can either receive the various tasks with a sigh and dread doing the work, or receive it with open arms, embracing the opportunity to learn while getting paid non-internship rates.

I have been working at YOR Health full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I have been working at YOR Health for nearly 5 years now. Wow, time flies! I still feel it was yesterday when I found this “job opportunity” on craigslist and set up an interview for an open position. The interview process took about 2 weeks for a total of 5 face-to-face meetings. The process was smooth, very interesting and very professional. At the last stage of the process I was honored to be interviewed by one of the owners of this company. It was very inspiring and very motivational. I told myself: “this is the place I want to be in order to build my career!” And here I am being part of one of the most fast-paced yet rewarding opportunity of my life! I am able to say that I found a place where I have a reason to wake up every morning and give the best of me in everything I do. Nothing in life comes easy, so a combination of trust, hard work, commitment and dedication is what it takes to excel at YOR Health. I am so fortunate to say that supervisors and upper management always try to convert mistakes into lessons, pressure into productivity and skills into strengths. They really know how to bring out the best in us.

    Cons

I have started feeling a little left out when I am with my friends. Every time they say bad things about their bosses, I really have nothing to say :o( The founders of this great company have really limited my career options because I have no other option but to follow YOR Health wherever it goes.

I have been working at YOR Health full-time

    Pros

After being a stay at home mom for a few years I was a bit nervous getting back into the work field, BUT nervousness was gone on my fist day. Everyone was so very welcoming and helpful as I was going through training in their Customer Service Department. The culture here is great, that’s one thing I was looking for, a place where work doesn’t revolve around drama (Drama is all I hear about my friends’ workplaces). Aside from the culture, I love the fact that if you want a chance to move up the corporate ladder, they ACTUALLY give you the chance vs just hiring someone above you, which is how I was able to get my promotions =). Throughout these last 3 years I have grown so much within the company and I’m looking forward to my future here. YOR Health has a great working environment along with benefits and positivity within the work place.

    Cons

Fast pace!! But that means there are no boring days.
