    Pros

Good people and really liked the CEO

    Cons

Lack of clarity in strategy for my group, passive aggressive behavior from management and lack of clarity in roles and responsibility made it feel difficult to succeed or accomplish anything.

    Advice to Management

When good people approach you about suggestions to help them succeed in their role please listen to them and make them feel you are actively trying to find resolution.

    Pros

Great experience understanding the business trends of the majorities of all industries. This also helps to understand how the global economy impacts N America and vice versa.

    Cons

Far too much micro-management by unqualified senior management, rather than sharing a compelling vision and strategy which brings all segments together under centralized purpose. Each department seems to have goals that work against other departments, and prevents over-all growth and success.

    Advice to Management

Delegate, and allow the giftedness, education, and experience fuel success, communicating and developing business plans that support the success of the organization. Plans are too often developed by those who have lost touch with operations, the customer, and/or the challenges facing the current business climate. Panels should be more inclusive of various departments, giving a stronger over-all perspective of the business climate

    Pros

Allegedly they like to promote from within. Attire is relaxed. Usually a collar shirt and pants. Tennis shoes are welcomed. Tattoos don't seem to be an issue.

    Cons

Long hours. Lots of rules. 100 different ways to do basic tasks. Constant ridicule and criticism from upper management. After a 60 hour week and taxes you're basically working for 12-13$/hr ...also no lunch and no breaks. Somebody will eventually call the equalization board over this.

    Advice to Management

Nobody wants to work 12hrs daily for an average salary. There HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY TO CONTROL DAILY OPERATION!

    Pros

Some of the people were good to work with. You are forced to learn something new everyday because of the many scenarios you are put in.

    Cons

Management, empty promises; no pay raise after a pay cut 2 years ago.

    Advice to Management

Fight for your hard working employees and get rid of the ones that just take up space.
