I worked at YRC Worldwide full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Management works hard to please clients. Services offered, ability to offer clients resolutions to needs. Compensation package. The ability to communicate with Leadership, without multiple layers. Action to resolve any issues is number 1 priority for the company.

    Cons

Operational changes, reverting business, to other divisions of the corporation, resulting in clients lost, and employee positions eliminated. Difficulty of new operational changes, being implemented.

    Advice to Management

Continue to strive for success of the company. Management does a good job at handling changes. Try to retain employees, instead of such turnover in the field. Drivers are the best of the best
