I have been working at YUSA full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Benefits are good for this area. People are amazing to work with. Recently made a lot of changes so that work is coming back to Ohio. Has a on site clinic that is free for all Associates. Starting pay is almost $13.00 an hour to start. We get bonuses 2 times a year which a lot of companies around here do not give.

    Cons

There is a lot of overtime, but from what I understand they are trying to add about 100 people which will cut this down.

    Advice to Management

Continue the growth it encourages us to know we have a future here.

I worked at YUSA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

all the overtime one could want.

    Cons

    pay is terrible.
    only hires temps.
    treat there employees like slaves.
worked for almost 2 months and still did not recieve a uniform i automatically paid for out of my check.

    Advice to Management

my advice to management is to start looking forward to going to mexico very soon because nobody is going to work for a company that pays there employees just above minimum wage and works them for 12 hours a day 6 days a week. this company seriously needs to be unionized. also on a side note i noticed the racial favortism in this company. all the employees that worked on the production floor were all american and every office worker was japanese. this seemed very odd to me.
