    Pros

Low expectations, its hard to get fired, you can get away with the bare minimum

The most disorganized program I've ever witnessed, they take years to fill positions, are late on reimbursements, extremely low morale, almost everyone who works here talks about quitting at least once a week, complacent culture

    Pros

The personal days, and the people are the best reason to work here. Everyone was really nice. They also had a cafeteria on site with reasonable prices.

    Cons

The location and cost of parking is biggest negative. Traffic and trying to negotiate paying over $100 a month for parking is crazy. Also dealing with all the events happening in the area stressed you at times.

Former Intern, less than 1 year

    Not organized

Feb 2, 2016 - Anonymous Intern in Pasadena, CA
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

    - Some friendly people were there, but they were mostly interns and looked at this as stepping stone for other goals, such as education.

    Cons

    - Upper management haphazard - Events for kids not that well structured, would have many "filler activities" with no real benefits, I would say - A lot of gossip within staff that was not conducive to a positive working environment
