    Pros

    Great mission with national brand recognition and a well developed national strategy for advocacy. Many resources to develop brand knowledge and great social media management.

    Cons

    Horrible work culture with no room for growth. Lack of professional development opportunities and often no cooperation between departments.

    Pros

    This organization has a wonderful mission and dedicated staff who are truly interested in carrying out the mission by doing important work in the community

    Cons

    Because the agency is so large there are many layers of management and things can get lost in the shuffle, and there was not much accountability for upper level staff when things needed to be improved

    Company is very progressive towards its mission. EnsuresEnsuresEnsures that new hires are in support of the organizations mission and training is adequate around the company purpose.

    Cons

    Scheduling can be inefficient. Management can be more present and transparent of department strengths and weaknesses.

    -strong commitment to the mission -opportunities to advance, promote from within -driven employees -fantastic community support -dynamic work environment that doesn't get boring

    Cons

    -limited budget and financial resources -our department can be understaffed at times -sometimes hard to take flexible vacations -fewer perks than working a corporate job
