    Pros

    The culture, work environment and people at Y! make it a great company to settle down at. Their healthcare, onsite benefits and pay also make it a very appealing company too work for.

    Cons

    At the time of employment there was a lack of company direction and executive leadership.

    Pros

    Extensive training, company provided iPhone/Galaxy, free breakfast & lunch, free snacks, company events, travel opportunities, competitive pay, will open the door to future career opportunities, great on your resume.

    Cons

    Unstable company overall, poor c-level leadership, poor communication through ranks, no overall identity or common company goals.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees, get everyone on the same page, and maybe you would have had success instead of having to sell to Verizon.

    Work hard, play hard environment. Great pay, happy hours, casual dress.

    Cons

    Never knew direction of the company and how secure my job was on a daily basis.

    Advice to Management

    Work closer with AE's so we can understand what new products and goals are being introduced. Need more transparency.

    Good benefits, free food and snacks and unlimited resources to do your job.

    Constant changes in management, has no vision, politics in upper management. Management says one thing and the exact opposite happens.

    Free food, flexible work life. Good people

    Cons

    Lack of respect from Executive team. Failure to accurately remunerate. Every change implemented is managed extremely poorly creating issues directly effecting clients and company revenue. Product focus is not on users or advertisers but on revenue creation, to the extent that advertisers are driven away.
