I have been working at Yakult Honsha full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Work in this company for 6 years, Work own schedule, can choose to work weekends or not depending on market needs, choose your hours (mandatory 8 hours a day), one hour of Admin time a day mandatory needed or not.you can choose your work load. Great medical.

    Cons

Company does not care about employees, very old way of doing things, very low salary for the responsibilities, no promotions from with in, company prefers to hire outsiders that give opportunity to loyal employees. this company like to do the same, but get different results type of mentality.

    Advice to Management

Be professional and consistent, be honest and learn from mistakes, listen to your employees, some of them are more experience that management and with better work ethics.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Yakult Honsha full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great product. Take part in a lot of community events. Paid time off, paid holidays. Able to work route as you see fit.

    Cons

Weekends are mandatory for field reps. Massive territory. Pointless daily reports. Beginning to feel micromanage. Managers not personable.

    Advice to Management

Have weekends rotating so people are not burned out. Better pay. Less trips to corporate office.
