I worked at Yale New Haven Hospital full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good pay and benefits.

    Cons

Meanest boss I've ever had and HR did nothing despite huge turnover and many complaints. Working environment was awful both physically (not clean, temperature issues, etc, ) and mental (micromanagement, abusive/walking on eggshells atmosphere). The absolute worst place I've ever worked in my career.

    Advice to Management

Listen to newcomers when they speak up about the issues in some departments. They come in with a new perspective.
