I have been working at Yale New Haven Hospital for more than 8 years

    Pros

good pay, negotiable schedule (though this is heavily based on your specific unit), good over time, good benefits

    Cons

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Yale New Haven Hospital

    Pros

Shift differential pay and some good benefits

    Cons

Parking situation sucks you have to pay for parking and have to take a shuttle to get to the hospital . Shuttles don't run on the times they should and most of them only fit 14 people really inconvenient .
