I have been working at Yale School of Management (More than a year)

    Pros

Interdisciplinary, global focus. Access to many professors & people at the forefront of their respective fields.

    Cons

Tendency to bite off more than they can chew - the ideas are solid, but the execution needs improvement.

    Advice to Management

More small initiatives & emphasis on entrepreneurship. Bring in more speakers to inflect the current mentalities with new ways of thinking.

I have been working at Yale School of Management full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great work environment, great benefits, great hours.

    Cons

HR doesn't always manage their assets well. Definitely have to advocate for yourself.

    Advice to Management

Have a clearer path from the higher C&T levels to M&P. Recognize those who have career ambitions and be more active in working with them to achieve their goals. Sometimes saying 'Come talk to me if you need anything' isn't enough.
