I worked at Yale School of Medicine full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Yale is an awesome place with awesome people and awesome events. Yale Health is an excellent & affordable health insurance option. Cons

It pays peanuts. Retirement matching exists, but only kicks in after one or two years of employment.
