I worked at Yale University part-time

    Pros

The university offers lots of good perks and access to some great buildings. As a Teaching Assistant, I was paid competitively compared to others. Students were easy to work with, and the Teaching Fellowship center has great resources.

    Cons

As a teaching assistant, it comes as a surprise to not get tuition reimbursement. However, the pay was a good way to supplement expenses in graduate school, either way.

I have been working at Yale University full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

People at Yale are very nice, I like the friendly air and freedom here. The academic atmosphere is also fascinating.

    Cons

The weather is cold for a long period of time, and New Haven is a small city though, it is not suitable for people who need frequent shopping.

    Advice to Management

The school shuttle and the special service of door to door shuttle is really awesome, it is free and safe. Thanks Yale.

I have been working at Yale University full-time

    Pros

Great minds, supportive culture, consciously undergoing reform to remedy the areas where it had been historically deficient. Paradise for humanities people who like a dose practicality.

    Cons

Occasionally obnoxious New York-going wannabe financiers on the right and impractical cloud-headed activists on the left.
