Everyone was friendly and willing to help if necessary. Compensation was pretty good. Fun place to be if interested in construction industry. A ton of opportunities to sell since in Metro Atlanta area.

Management seems a bit lost at times. Only get promoted to management if you are great friends outside of work with the people that make those decisions.

I get great pay and regular bonuses, plus the 401(k) matching 50 cents to the dollar up to 8% is great. There's a lot of wiggle room to learn different soft skills, too.
Cons
I could use more hands-on training. Also, the company culture is very quiet in corporate, no one really gets to know you unless you are working with them. Not much diversity in management, makes it hard for them to relate to the entry-level people.
