I have been working at Yara full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

It is a growing company full of opportunities and talented people. Besides of that, it has a fantastic culture. Its employees are in general very accessible and that has a strong link with its Norwegian roots (non-hierarchical culture - easy to navigate)

    Cons

Financial reward for outstanding performance is not the best in class. Besides of that, the company has had a lot of changes in the past years, which bring opportunities, but also challenges when it comes to business focus.

    Advice to Management

After all the changes we have gone through recently, I believe that we shall focus on delivering the on-going initiatives and at the same time we need to build further internal competence to continue grow.
