I worked at Yash Technologies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free training for freshers, Nice people around who always smile and chat with you.

    Cons

Okay Let's me begin. Older consultants treat young people with little to no respect. Roles can be poorly defined( I did not know exactly what was my title, even when I left, I still did not know what it was and it was extremely hard for me to find a new job. Management is realy bad, the manager never replied my email, and I got laid off without knowing what was the reason for me to be laid off. And there was no exit interview. They heavly depend on 1 client and the client was trying to get rid of them so there is no job security there. They will give you about 21 PTO, but this also count on holidays, so you have about 11 PTO a year . If this minuses 4 sick days, you will have 1 week PTO(a year). Pay extremely low to fresher.

    Pros

Yash is a worst company to work with, they do not file petitions with proper paper work and they do not pay committed salary, they don't keep up their word/commitments. Its better to stay without a job rather than working for this company.

    Cons

Do not ever think of working for this company.

    Advice to Management

Technical resources are key to companies success, change your policies to be employee friendly and not against employees.
