    Pros

High quality products that sell well so there's job security. Employees are great and customer base allows a a good business relationship.

    Cons

Very little possibility of advancement, proposals by anyone not at the Manager, Director level not welcome. Business process improvements non-existant. Pros

Excellent benefits, great work environment. The company cares about the associates and tries to ensure minimal out of pocket costs when it comes to health plans.

    Cons

Minimal career growth opportunities. You really can't move up within the organization unless someone leaves, which is rare. The tenure limits others from any advancement within the organization.

I have been working at Yaskawa Electric America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very laid back, stress free environment. Known for quality and easy to work for knowing that's what we stand behind. Good people, never felt that I was going to be thrown under the bus by a coworker, and management was always understanding if something didn't go according to plan.

    Cons

Some people are kept around just because they've been around. Additionally there is an expectation for advancement even though their work displays complacency.
