      Year Up has a great mission overall

      Cons

      The young adults out comes are good at 3 months out, but if you looked at where a majority of the young adults land 1 year out from the program, many are back where the started.

      Great mission, awesome opportunity to do meaningful work with young adults. Benefits were good.

      Cons

      Not a whole lot of belonging going on. If you’re remotely introverted, this is a challenging environment.

      -Great business model, great mission, the company is run very well as it pertains to corporate best practices (doesn't feel like a non-profit)

      -Very, very fast paced and there are times when hard choices about what is realistic are not made.
