I worked at Yellowstone Club full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Beautiful Scenery & the Employees that have been there the longest are good, real people...pay & benefits are good for full time employees.

    Cons

No structure...what goes for one employee, differs for another. Transportation & housing chaos. Drama & Employees out to get one another, very conniving. Member housing, restaurants/bars are state of the art but offices and working environments run down.

    Advice to Management

Revamp completely, the morale of employees has gone so far negatively that the reputation has suffered.

I worked at Yellowstone Club full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Beautiful scenery, beautiful homes, good skiing.

    Cons

Where do I even begin? This place is a crap hole. No one knows what their doing, you'll be extremely under paid for the amount of work that needs to be done. Worked in multiple departments, it's all extremely unorganized. If you live in Bozeman, you'll drive 3 hours a day to work. If you work full time, that's 15 hours a week you're not being paid for. Almost 2 full shifts at a 2nd job. Save yourself the trouble and don't work here. They make it out to seem like this glorious amazing place to work, when in reality they have to hire people from other countries because their turn over rate is nearly 100%. There's a reason.

    Advice to Management

Take your ego down a notch or two. Get organized. Get your employees under control and lay down the law so they don't run you over like a train and take you for granted. Pay more for people who have to waste 15 hours of their life a week driving to work.
