I worked at Yellowstone Landscape Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Putting safety first is a plus! Benefits, PTO, and free uniforms. Truck usage reimbursement program, gas and purchasing cards for some but not everyone.

    Cons

Not committed to their own safety program! None or very little corporate support. Paper time sheets. Really? On boarding was a joke. Too many flawed systems - incorrect paychecks on a weekly basis, months to get direct deposit, a week to get a PO, etc.

    Advice to Management

Be more proactive instead of re-active, support ALL employees, not just the favorites and get the paychecks correct, every time, not most of the time.

    Advice to Management

Value your valuable employees. We and customer are more then a number.

    Pros

Good People, Hardworking Company Culture. Stable Co.

    Cons

No real cons. This is not the company to join if you do not want to work more than an 8 hour day

    Advice to Management

Continue to make good strategic moves. Continue to focus on training and improving quality in lieu of constantly trying to reduce job cost.

    Pros

Good People. They are trying to re assert and move into the right direction.

    Cons

Lack of Communication, No Structure, Over Worked , No support Group, Under Paid, Don't stand by their word to employees and customers.

    Advice to Management

Establish a structure that works and follow up with the process. Invest time in to your employees. You have a lot of senior employees that just go with the flow and they are just there to collect a pay check. They are employees and are not part of a the Team.
