    Pros

    The people! I love my crew. Exciting, fast paced and never boring. Pretty flexible and no micro management. Flexible work schedule.

    Cons

    I don't have to much to complain about. Sometimes the work life balance can be out of whack, but that's the industry.

    Advice to Management

    The industry is moving fast. You have a lot of talent in house, let them shine.

    Pros

    Flexible work-to-personal life ratio.
    Substantial resources are being put into product development.
    President has open door policy that more should take advantage of.
    Collaborative atmosphere.
    Getting MUCH better at communicating what's on the horizon.

    Cons

    Not the best health insurance.
    Need to show more value in office cultures.
    HR seemingly non-existent.

    Advice to Management

    Continue communicating plans and upcoming product info,
    Should consider setting up formal review processes. it's tough to encourage personal growth without a plan in place.

    Pros

    If it wasn't for the team I worked with, I would have left much earlier. Learn to handle a lot of responsibilities in a short amount of time. Fast pace.

    Cons

    Not appreciated by management or rewarded. Only time that they give you a raise is if you show them an offer letter.

    Advice to Management

    Hire from the bottom up. Email managers do a lot of work so stop underpaying them and trying to hire cheap!

    Pros

    The company has always been very flexible with me. I am currently working remotely and really enjoy my team members. Being a working mom, I feel like my work/family life balance is good which is the most important thing to me.

    Cons

    I do feel the company could do more in regards to showcasing the talented people we have working here and provide greater efforts for employee appreciation.

    Pretty chilled out atmosphere, flexible timings, scope for learning new technologies.

    Mostly people want to work from home or teams are in other offices. So not lot of interaction with your co workers.
