fast learning environment, startup company, new things, good working environment, talented employees
venture capital, high risk, invisible investors, luck of long term plans,
Ingenuity, thinking, prolific, integrity, positiveness, policy, engineering, thought leadership, business acumen, people, comraderie. good energy and overall common purpose to win.
Dependencies unrelated to the core of the business structure caused some down-turns in general operations, but could be overcome by fortitude and restrategizing with resource investment.
Advice to Management
Maintain purpose and vision, regenerate opportunities and reutilize talent pool to move into more incubator business. Look back to reengage sidelined personnel to re-up purpose and challenges.
