    Negative Outlook

I worked at Yik Yak for more than a year

    Pros

Interns -- "campus reps" -- are given a lot of freedom to promote Yik Yak how they see fit and community managers are very open to suggestions and creativity.

    Cons

Because we all work remotely, you don't feel connected and you are quite literally on your own, which can be frustrating.
