    I worked at Yodle full-time

    Pros

training before on floor was fine only was a month. but after I do not recommend staying and do another cold-calling job!!!

    Cons

they do not take work effort into consideration of your performance, it is based on number so even if you don't hit the sale metrics and work hard you will get laid off. They only help the people who are performing well and does not help the other sales rep.'s who want/need help.

    Advice to Management

Give a two week notice when people are struggling with performance. Do not let go that day with no warning pervious. Help everyone not just the rep's who are performing the best. Everyone should succeed
